How to disable preview of desktop on hovering to rightmost part on Taskbar ?

Sometimes you might want not to see any preview of the desktop when you hover your mouse over the rightmost part of taskbar accidentally. This preview is called as Aero Peek. To disable this, just right click on windows logo in the left and go to properties – taskbar. Uncheck the option titled “Use Aero Peek to preview the desktop”.

How to make taskbar icons small ?

Just right click on windows logo – Properties – Taskbar. Check “Use Small icons” as show in the figure above.

You can also set the taskbar not to group multiple instances of programs in a single icon and also show the full labels of the program instead of just showing the icon from there itself as explained in the above steps.
